Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
1. Welcome! These Terms of Service (this “Agreement” or “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Bohemian Research LLC (“Bohemian Research”, “we,” or “us”) and our affiliates.
2. These Terms apply to your use of our market research and rewards mobile applications, including but not limited to MultiPolls, Golden Surveys, and RewardRoo (collectively or each individually referred to as the “App”) that empowers you to turn your opinions and free time into real earnings. We operate strictly as an independent panel provider.
3. This means we build, collect, and manage our own user community and connect you with third-party researchers, brands, and business partners (collectively, “Clients” and each individually a “Client”) who are seeking consumer opinions to shape future products, services, and scientific discoveries. By downloading, accessing, or using the App and any affiliated services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
4. To fully understand how the Service operates, please note that the App provides earning opportunities through the following mechanisms:
  1. Profiling Surveys: Upon registration and throughout your use of the App, you will be asked to complete basic profiling surveys and other internal polls managed by Bohemian Research. These collect self-declared demographic data (e.g., age, gender, education, interests). We use this information, alongside your device and geolocation data, to algorithmically match you with the most relevant earning opportunities and to ensure the quality of our panel (“Profiling Survey”). Completion of the Profiling Survey is a mandatory prerequisite; without providing this information, you will not be granted access to participate in other Surveys.
  2. Surveys: Based on your profile, you will be offered various earning opportunities in the form of market research third-party surveys on our survey offerwall, displaying the expected time to complete and the promised reward (“Surveys”). These Surveys are created, targeted, and managed entirely by our Clients (third parties). Depending on the Client's technical setup, you will either be redirected to an external third-party survey platform (e.g., Qualtrics, QuestionPro) or you will answer the poll directly within our App interface via our Client-facing platform. In all scenarios, Bohemian Research does not design the Survey questions, control the content, or determine your final eligibility to complete the Survey.
  3. Gaming Feature: In addition to Surveys, the App features a game offerwall provided by us and/or in partnership with various third-party providers, including but not limited to adjoe GmbH (“Gaming Feature”). This module allows you to earn rewards by installing third-party mobile games (“Games”), playing them and reaching specific in-game milestones, such as time played, levels or specific goals or tasks achieved (“Gaming”).
  4. Referral Program: You may invite other people to join the App using your unique referral code to earn a bonus equal to 10% of their qualified earnings. This bonus is provided by Bohemian Research and does not reduce the earnings of the referred person. We reserve the right to modify the program or cease the issuance of new referral codes and the ability to invite additional people at any time at our sole discretion.

By participating in these activities, you are rewarded for your time and contributions based on the specific criteria and reward amounts displayed to you prior to starting each individual task. You acknowledge that Bohemian Research acts solely as an intermediary facilitating your access to these third-party opportunities.

By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to the other policies we post. Please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions. For information about our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy, including our Cookie Policy. We can collect and use your information in accordance with those policies.
1. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial, and rewards-earning purposes.
2. You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to us.
3. If you are a resident of the European Union, you acknowledge that by accessing or using the Services, you are requesting immediate performance of the Agreement. Consequently, you expressly agree to waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from this Agreement once the performance has begun.
Description of Service and Our Role
1. Bohemian Research operates as an independent market research panel provider. We collect and manage a user base and provide you with opportunities to earn rewards by participating in Surveys and the Gaming Feature.
2. We position ourselves strictly as a panel provider. We match your profile to Surveys provided by our Clients. When you select a Survey, you are typically redirected to a Survey platform outside of our control. This may be a proprietary system operated directly by the Client or an external third-party platform (e.g., Qualtrics, QuestionPro, or similar services).
3. We do not design, host, or control the content of the third-party Surveys. We do not access or process your specific survey responses while you are engaged in a third-party Survey. However, we do process technical participation data, such as entry identifiers and survey results (e.g., completion status), to facilitate our rewards system and manage the Services.
4. In addition to Surveys, the App provides the Gaming Feature, where you can earn rewards for Gaming activities and reaching specific time or goal milestones within third-party Games.
5. The availability and ranking of Surveys and Gaming opportunities are determined by automated matching algorithms based on your profile, location, and device data. Specifically, providing access to your device’s geolocation data helps us prevent fraud and significantly increases the relevance and number of available Surveys. You acknowledge that most Surveys are specifically targeted at certain demographic groups based on the requirements of our Clients. Therefore, the selection of available opportunities may vary significantly between users. We do not guarantee a specific number of earning opportunities, access to any particular Survey, Games, or any minimum earnings.
User Account and Eligibility
1. To use the App, you must create an account. You may register via Google, Apple, or email input.
2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date demographic information (such as age, gender, education, etc.) during our internal Profiling Survey. You acknowledge and agree that your eligibility to participate in Client Surveys is strictly conditional upon the successful completion of Profiling Surveys. We use this self-declared information to match you with appropriate Client Surveys.
3. You are strictly permitted to maintain only one active account.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your account. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could compromise your device's security, make it vulnerable to malware, and prevent the App from functioning correctly or at all.
5. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
Rewards, Qualification, and Tracking
1. Before entering a Survey, you will be presented with a confirmation screen indicating the expected time to complete the task and the promised reward amount.
2. You acknowledge that Clients define the targeting criteria and solely determine your eligibility to complete a Survey.
3. A Client may terminate your access to a Survey at any point for any reason (e.g., if you fail to qualify, quota is full, or quality control checks, time limit is exceeded). Each Survey is subject to the Client's or other third-party terms and privacy policies. Access to a Survey may be conditional upon your review and acceptance of these external policies. If you are redirected back with a termination status or are unable to complete a Survey for any reason, you are not eligible for the reward. We are not responsible or liable for any Surveys that are prematurely terminated.
4. To earn rewards via Gaming within the Gaming Feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following technical and eligibility requirements:
  1. You must grant the App specific system permissions, such as Usage Access (on Android) or App Tracking Transparency (on iOS). These permissions allow us and our partners to verify that a Game was correctly installed, launched, and played. If these permissions are not granted or are later revoked, we cannot track your progress and no rewards will be issued. Tracking includes monitoring which specific Games are used, the duration of use, and milestones achieved. We use this data solely for reward verification and fraud prevention. If you revoke these permissions at any time, we will immediately lose the ability to track your progress, which will result in the permanent cessation of rewards for that specific Gaming activity.
  2. Access to and use of the Gaming Feature is strictly conditional upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the respective third-party provider (such as adjoe GmbH), as identified to you within the App interface prior to your participation in a specific offer. By proceeding with the Gaming activity, you understand and acknowledge that your activity within this module is governed by the relevant third-party terms.
  3. Rewards are only available for the very first installation of a Game on your device. If you have ever installed the Game before (even outside of the App), you are not eligible for rewards.
  4. Uninstalling and reinstalling a Game will result in the permanent loss of reward eligibility for that specific Game.
  5. You must be actively progressing in the Game; keeping a Game app open while idle or inactive will not result in reward tracking.
  6. Individual Game offers automatically expire 180 days after the initial installation.
5. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse your reward, or terminate your account, if we detect:
  1. The use of VPNs, proxies, location-spoofing software, or any other tools/methods to provide inaccurate or faked geolocation data or any other tools to mask or manipulate your true geographic location.
  2. Fraudulent activity, automated clicks, or the use of bots.
  3. Negative reconciliation data from our partners indicating fraud or low-quality responses.
6. By using a referral code to create an account, you acknowledge and agree that the person who referred you (“Referrer”) may receive a bonus based on your earnings. You understand that the Referrer will see the specific bonus amount generated by your activity in their account dashboard. Since this bonus may be a fixed percentage of your earnings, the Referrer will be able to calculate or estimate your total earnings within the App (especially in cases where you are the only person they have referred to). By entering a referral code while setting up an account on the App, you understand and acknowledge that this disclosure of your earning status to the Referrer is an inherent part of the referral functionality.
7. Specifically for rewards earned through the Gaming Feature, earnings may be tracked and calculated in a base currency (e.g., USD cents) and subsequently converted into your local currency. You understand and acknowledge that due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, rounding, or processing times, the final amount credited to your balance may vary slightly from any initial estimates. Bohemian Research is not liable for these minor discrepancies.
Redemption of Rewards
1. Once you accumulate a sufficient balance reaching the minimum redemption threshold (as displayed in the App), you may request to redeem your rewards.
2. Rewards are exclusively redeemable for digital gift cards or vouchers from various third-party providers. The selection, denominations, and availability of these gift cards vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Bohemian Research does not guarantee that any specific gift card or payout method will be available at all times.
3. Rewards have no cash value. Under no circumstances is Bohemian Research obligated to provide payouts in cash, bank transfers, or any other form of legal tender.
4. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective issuers. Bohemian Research is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired gift cards once they have been electronically delivered to your account or email.
Third-Party Platforms and Content Liability
1. The App provides links to third-party websites, advertisers, Game publishers, and Clients. Your interaction with these third parties is entirely at your own risk.
2. Once you are redirected to a Survey or Game, or access them through a Client’s interface, your interaction with such content is subject to that Client’s or third party's terms of service and privacy policies in addition to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, your conduct, account usage, and eligibility for rewards remain at all times governed by these Terms. Bohemian Research is not a party to any separate agreements between you and the Client or any third party.
3. You acknowledge that Surveys are conducted and controlled by third-party Clients. These Surveys may request sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, political opinions, or religious beliefs) directly from you. Participation in such Surveys is entirely voluntary, and you have the right to exit a Survey at any time if you do not wish to provide the requested information. We do not provide any sensitive personal data from your Profiling Survey to these Clients. Since Bohemian Research acts strictly as an intermediary and does not pre-review or approve individual Survey content, the Client is the sole data controller of the responses you provide within their environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility or liability for the nature of the questions asked or how the third party handles your responses once you have entered the third-party platform.
4. Bohemian Research accepts no liability for any content, materials, advertising, products, malware, or any other services you may access through third-party links. We take no responsibility for data collected by Clients during the Surveys or for any non-compliant behavior by those third parties.
5. Surveys may be hosted on third-party platforms or displayed directly within our App interface; however, in all cases, the content and targeting criteria of the Surveys are solely determined and provided by our Clients.
6. If you encounter a Survey that is technically broken, misleading, offensive, or otherwise violates applicable laws or these Terms, report it immediately via the in-App feedback feature provided upon exiting a Survey. We will review each report without undue delay. If we determine that the content is non-compliant or illegal, we will take appropriate measures, which may include restricting or permanently removing the Survey from our platform. We will notify you of the outcome of our review where required by law.
App Functionality and User Responsibilities
1. Certain functions of the App require an active and stable internet connection. You are solely responsible for securing this connection and for any associated fees, including mobile data and roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer.
2. We provide the App and the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all liability for any failure of the App to operate at full functionality, regardless of the cause. This includes, without limitation, connectivity loss, third-party technical errors, or any internal technical issues, bugs, maintenance, or service interruptions on our part, even if such failures result in the premature termination, crash, or loss of progress in any Survey, Game, or other earning opportunity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bohemian Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
3. If, for any reason, the limitation of liability set forth in Article 7.2 is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, you agree that Bohemian Research’s total aggregate liability for all claims, damages, or losses shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In such cases, our liability shall not exceed the estimated value of the individual reward opportunity that directly gave rise to the claim. This Article 7.3 does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the hardware you use to access the Service. This includes, without limitation, ensuring your device is sufficiently charged and free from hardware malfunctions. We are not liable for any failure to access the Service or for any loss of progress caused by your device’s battery level, hardware status, or lack of maintenance.
5. We may, at our sole discretion, issue updates to the App. You acknowledge that the continued use of the Service may require you to download and install these updates promptly. We do not guarantee that the App will remain compatible with older versions of operating systems or specific hardware. If you fail to update the App, you may lose access to the Service.
6. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or Service at any time. While the App is currently provided free of charge, we reserve the right to introduce fees for specific features or services in the future, subject to prior and transparent notification to you.
Account Deletion and Termination
1. You may request to delete your account at any time directly via the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our internal databases and external services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. We reserve the right to stop providing the App, or terminate your use of it, at any time without giving prior notice, for reasons including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end, and you must stop using the App. In the event of termination due to a violation of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, use of VPNs, or maintaining multiple accounts), any accrued but unpaid rewards shall be forfeited, and Bohemian Research shall have no obligation to compensate you for such balance. If you believe your account was terminated or suspended in error, you may contact our support team at privacy@bohemianresearch.com.
Dispute resolution and Governing law
1. We encourage you to contact us if you have an issue. If a dispute does arise out of these Terms or related to your use of the App, and it cannot be resolved after you talk with us, then it must be resolved by competent courts.
2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. These Terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
3. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Delaware.
Miscellaneous
1. These Terms and any referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us, and supersede all prior agreements and don’t create any partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship between you and us. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, then that provision is modified to the extent necessary to enforce it. If a provision cannot be modified, it is severed from these Terms, and all other provisions remain in force. If either party fails to enforce a right provided by these Terms, it does not waive the ability to enforce any rights in the future.
2. Specifically excluded from application to these Terms is the law known as the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
3. We may update these Terms and other policies from time to time by posting the new version on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically. In the case of material changes, we will notify you before they come into effect (e.g., via push notification or email). Your continued use of the App after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms or other policies.
4. We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration.
